Adikteev provides programmatic solutions to help mobile apps acquire and re-engage users. The company processes billions of ad impressions monthly, serving clients across gaming, non-gaming sectors.

Main focus: Resolved internal and external technical requests while building and maintaining ELT pipelines and internal tooling.

As Analytics Engineer (CDD - December 2024 to June 2025):

• Built and owned an Airflow ingest pipeline to pull client ad-event files from Dropbox, validate and normalise records, and deliver processed datasets to internal Google Sheets for reporting and analytics.
• Consolidated three fragmented analyst workflows into a single Streamlit app, enabling analysts to retrieve data and run creative-spending analyses directly in-app, reducing manual handoffs and speeding campaign decisions.
• Served as L2 technical contact for internal teams and clients on data, tracking and operational issues, diagnosing root causes, coordinating fixes, and delivering clear, non-technical explanations.
• Monitored and debugged Airflow jobs and Trino queries, investigating pipeline failures and query issues and applying durable fixes to restore reporting availability.
• Analyzed large-scale adtech datasets (impressions, bids, events) to detect anomalies and support investigations related to tracking or potential fraud.

As Analytics Engineer Intern (June 2024 to December 2024):

• Implemented and maintained audience-segmentation pipelines (SQL, Airflow) used by the Revenue team for campaign targeting and spend allocation.
• Designed and maintained ELT pipelines (SQL, Airflow) to produce analytics-ready datasets powering recurring reports and ad-hoc analyses.
• Built Python automation tools to remove repetitive tasks, accelerate scheduled reporting, and enable analyst self-service exploration.
• Developed and owned a Python on-call automation (Slack + HR roster API) to automate rotation assignments and streamline schedule management.
• Diagnosed tracking-link and attribution discrepancies with MMP partners (e.g. Singular, Adjust) and coordinated investigations and fixes with product and partners.
• Conducted a Pandas → Polars benchmark to evaluate ingestion and query performance and summarised practical recommendations for the data team.
